Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DICTO AI platform, website and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Artificialis Srl, operating as DICTO AI.

2. The Services

DICTO AI provides an AI Reputation Intelligence platform that measures, analyzes and helps govern how generative AI systems describe organizations, brands, products and individuals. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may evolve over time.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, reverse-engineering the platform, or using outputs to harass, defame or mislead. You will use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, methodology, the Dicto Score, visualizations and content, are owned by Artificialis Srl and protected by intellectual property law. No rights are granted except those expressly set out in these Terms.

6. Customer Data

You retain ownership of the data you provide. We process it solely to deliver the Services, under the terms of our Data Processing terms and applicable data-protection law. We do not use your data to train third-party models.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Services analyze outputs produced by third-party generative AI systems. Such outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or change over time. DICTO AI surfaces and measures these narratives but does not control the underlying models and makes no warranty as to their content.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or that findings will be exhaustive.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artificialis Srl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

10. Term & Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Milan, Italy, save where mandatory law provides otherwise.
